Every service is priced clearly. You book what makes sense for where you are, and we figure out the right cadence together.
The first session is longer than the rest because we need time to actually understand what we're working with. There's no rushing to the table, we talk, observe how you move, and then go hands-on with all of that context in place.
This is the session that maps your patterns and establishes the working relationship. Everything after this builds on it.
Follow-up sessions pick up where the last one left off. Less intake, more body. Each session refines the picture, as your nervous system shifts and new layers become accessible, the work becomes more precise and more effective.
Most people see meaningful change with 3–6 follow-up sessions. For longstanding patterns, ongoing work tends to compound in useful ways.
Corrective Training translates what we discover in bodywork into how you actually move, in training, in exercise, in daily life. If your movement patterns are reinforcing your tension, this is where we interrupt that loop.
These sessions are more active than bodywork, more standing, moving, and practicing, and are particularly valuable for people who train regularly and want their movement to become a tool for change rather than a source of re-injury.
Five sessions is enough to create a real shift in how you move. This package is for people who are ready to do focused, consistent corrective work, not dipping a toe in, but committing to a process.
Sessions can be spaced weekly or bi-weekly depending on what you're working on and how quickly your system is integrating. We'll plan the arc together after your first visit.
Start with the First Visit. Everything else flows from there.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee. Life happens, reach out and we'll work it out.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Venmo, and major credit cards accepted. Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Arriving late shortens your session, it won't be extended into another client's time.
